A house driven by passion

In 1954, it was within the walls of this house with its neo-Gothic architecture that a story of Chefs and Stars began. The picturesque setting and atypical charm of this former family boarding house ensure its immediate success. Chef Louis Outhier wants to make this establishment a prestigious address. A successful bet: in 1960, he obtained a first star in the Michelin guide, followed by a second in 1965 and a third five years later. After 34 years of excellence, Louis Outhier has returned his apron and his 3 stars to the Michelin Guide. L’ Oasis closed its doors, but the idea of succession matured in the mind of the young Stéphane Raimbault, who took over the reins of this institution in 1991. The following year, he was awarded two stars and the challenge was met. Every day the chefs share with you their passion for gastronomy by putting all their art at the service of L’Oasis.


With more than 450 references from L’ Oasis wine cellar, Pascal Paulze, sommelier and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, gives back to wine all its letters of nobility through the very fine selection on which he constantly works.
